Despite the controversy around this motion picture, it is a very good documentary that makes a shocking comparison with Darwinism (evolution by nat. selection) and Nazism/Socialism! It is essentially a compare-contrast essay with snippets from black/white movies with interviews and voice-overs with Ben Stein. I love the ending of the film; it is my favorite part of the film. I don't want to spoil it, though.
You could also visualize this film as a normal movie that you would see that is not a doc. If I had to cast one of the evolutionary biologists as the villain of the film, it would be Professor Dawkins. Nothing against him at all, though. It's just the way the movie works.
The subtitle "No Intelligence Allowed" refers to the ID movement (Intelligent Design). However, while Stein is objective through most of the film, he attacks Dawkins at the end in a way that will make Creationists/ID/believers, etc,... smile.
