Ice Cream, A History

Today's post is about America's almost irresistable dessert. Ice Cream. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Let's have Eskimo Pie! *Eskimo Pie* buh-dow-dow-dow! Yes Ice Cream has been around for 100s of years. Is there no extinction. What about the delicious Ice Cream Cones? Who thinks they're better with a dessert in them? In some states they serve Skyscraper Ice Cream Cones. In Hawaii, they serve Shave Ice with Ice Cream at the bottom! Ice Cream comes in the US, Austrailia, New Zealand, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, The UK, and one of my personal fave foreign countries, Japan. If you need more info, click here.

Or tune in to PBS and try to catch An Ice Cream Show. Have a n-ICE day!

And coming up next, ERAGON: THE POST!

ERAGON

This goes out to my oldest cuz David. And for those of you want to become fans of Eragon or just want to know who's who and such, click here. And I'll tell you one thing. The guy above is Eragon. Eragon is a movie and book. Eldest is the sequel to Eragon. It's unknow if Eldest is to be a movie. The click here will take you to Wikipedia and will talk about Eragon (novel). It will have links to other pages about Eragon movie, video, disambigtion. ERAGON is rated PG. Eragon looks like it will be scary for young children. Parents, be careful with your kids on this one. It looks similar to The Lord Of The Rings trilogy (which is rated PG-13).

The Spongebob Squarepants Post (starring Gary the Snail)

Welcome to the Bikini Bottom Special on the BLOG report. I'm here with Gary the Snail on via satelite. Let's hear what he has to say.

Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow. Meow Meow Meow Meow Hiss Hiss. Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow, Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow Meow. Meow Meow Meow. Meow Meoww Meow. Meow Meow. Meow Meow Meow.

Thank you Gary. And for those of you who cannot speak Snail which would be most of you, here's what he said.

Hello, my name is Gary. I will talk about my friend Spongebob Squarepants and his movie. Once I was under control of Plankton. While under his control I kept saying Meow Plankton. My master Spongebob is very good to me, except the time he took the Dirty Bubble challenge (as seen in the Episode Where's Gary?). I like cookies. I love reading and making poetry. That is all. Back to you.

That's all the time we have so that's a wrap. Do you have anything to say Gary? Meow. Go ahead and say it. Meow (I) Meow (love) Meow (you) Meow! (Bikini Bottom!)

T-Th- That's all folks!

Happy Independence Day

Today is July 4th. A very special day. It is American Independence Day. July 4th ain't special 'cause of the colorful fireworks, but it's special 'cause the Declaration of Independence was signed July 4th (which is today) in 1776. The Declaration of Independence is a symbol of our freedom. Here are some songs you may here today (if it stops raining):

America The Beautiful- O beautiful for spacious skys for amber waves of grain! For purple mountains majesty above the fruited plain! America, America, God shed his grace on thee! And crown thy good, with brotherhood, from sea to shining sea!

America- My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing! Land where my Fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride, from every mountain side let freedom ring!

The Star-Spangled Banner (The American National Anthem)- O say, can you see, by the dawn’s early light,What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fightO’er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets’ red glare, the bombs bursting in airGave proof through the night that our flag was still there;O say, does that star-spangled banner yet waveO’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

HAPPY 4th OF JULY! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
